Rum Raisin

This combination has its roots in Sicily, where it is known as Malaga.  While the Sicilians were the first to experiment with the flavours of local wine and Muscat grapes, It is thanks to America that the wine was replaced with rum, and a legend was born. We soak our raisins in chaga-infused rum before combining it with our 35% milk chocolate.
