One of the most unusual coffees in the world it is prepared during the monsoon season at the Malabar Coast in India. The coffee beans are exposed to the moisture-laden winds. As the beans absorb the moisture they not only expand in size but take on a distinctive syrupy sweetness. Virtually all acidity is removed leaving a very smooth tasting coffee.
Roasted according to recommendation for bean type - medium. Roasted to order. Lead time of one week.
