Creamy 35% hazelnut gianduja with crispy feuilletine. When chocolate became scarce as a result of the continental system during the Napoleonic wars, an innovative chocolatier in Turin named Michele Prochet extended the little chocolate he had by mixing it with hazelnuts. The results were delicious.
