Bread and Butter

Our handcrafted sourdough bread uses locally grown Red Fife wheat from Alberta, Canada. We toast the breadcrumbs in brown butter and add them to creamy milk chocolate with a hint of Newfoundland Sea Salt.

According to the Canadian Encyclopedia, Red Fife is Canada’s oldest wheat and originates in Ukraine. Canada has the third largest population of Ukrainians in the world.
