Belize 70%

Like an aged wine, this cacao from  Moho Valley, Maya Mountain, Belize, has gentle notes of leather and well loved books when roasted. After being stone ground for 48 hours, the taste, which begins with blackberry, tamarind and golden raisin, finishes with a slight toasted sugar and cocoa finish. At 70% this dark chocolate is full of character.
