Roasted Pecan

The pecan is the only tree nut native to North America. When deeply roasted, it’s sweet flavour is perfectly paired with our 35% creamy milk chocolate. This texturally contrasts Hawaiian black flake salt, which is a combination of sea salt harvested from the Pacific Ocean (surrounding the remote Hawaiian islands) and activated charcoal derived from coconut shells. This gives it its distinct black colour. It has a light, crunchy texture.
