This 62% dark chocolate has a clean cocoa brownie taste which makes it a perfect choice for our Mint bar. In the Middle East, Mint is associated with hospitality making it a great gift for house guests. It is often consumed in tea, but of course, we prefer it in chocolate. It has a cooling effect that has come to be associated with winter and snow.
