Dominican Republic 78%

We’ve partnered with our friends at Black Diamond Distillery for this 78% chocolate- made from bean to bar. We roast our carefully selected cacao from the Dominican Republic to bring out the dominant cherry notes in the bean. We then soak the nibs in Black Diamond’s amazing Tart Cherry liquor for several months before crafting it into chocolate. The results are absolutely worth the wait.
