The word “Chai” is a direct translation for the word “tea” in Hindi. In this malty 35% milk chocolate we have the addition of richly toasted Indian spices like cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns, anise, ginger and vanilla bean.  Fragrant and warming, this Masala (spiced) Chai chocolate makes an incredible snack on its own or decadent cup of hot cocoa when melted in milk.
